In 2022, the business was acquired by precision engineering firm Glassworks Hounsell.
The two organisations have a historic and longstanding relationship. Under the umbrella of the Glassworks family, The Electric Actuator Company remains committed to manufacturing cutting-edge electric actuators, producing high-quality products to the same exacting standards our loyal clients have come to expect.
As a result, production has moved from Bradford to Glassworks Hounsell’s facility in Halesowen. We are proud to continue manufacturing, testing, and certifying all our machines here in the UK.
