Repair and refurbishment service
We offer a full repair/refurbishment service on all actuators we have previously supplied. In the unlikely event, refurbishment is not possible, we can offer a brand-new replacement, referring to our comprehensive historical files. Upon receipt of the actuator to our manufacturing facility, it will be stripped down, inspected and a detailed quotation will be provided.
All actuators, as part of the standard repair package, will have the following items replaced, bearings, oil seals, O rings, gaskets screws and washers. In addition, all damaged or worm components will also be replaced to complete the repair. Following the rebuild the actuator will be fully tested and painted to its original specification ready for despatch back to the customer.
We also can work closely with you and your design partners to discuss new applications, providing advice and recommendations for the correct actuator.
